- Average production times and shipping: My production times vary given the seasons and holidays, but I typically complete orders within 3-5 days.
- Do you offer wholesale? Occasionally yes, and my wholesale rate depends on the item being requested and can vary between 15-20% off original pricing. There are exclusions, limitations, and quantity minimums that must be met. Please reach out to me with ANY wholesale questions!
- What are common materials that you use? I use cotton blends, Muslin fabrics, linen, Osnaburg, quilt, and other prints. All of my items are stuffed with high quality poly-fil stuffing. My paint of choice is typically acrylic folk art or apple barrel. All of my materials for painting are non-toxic. If you are purchasing a wooden sign from me, you can request a sealant/non sealant finish. If the sign is to be kept indoors, it typically is not necessary.
- Are your items from a smoke free home? YES!
- Do you sell patterns? Not at this time, however, it is something I have been thinking about offering eventually.
- Do you ship internationally? Not at this time.
- Do you offer returns? Due to the nature of my items being handmade and made to order, I currently do not accept returns. But please reach out if you have any concerns.
- How is shipping price determined? Shipping is based off of weight via USPS pricing.
